Assisted Living
- If you are not completely satisfied with your experience at Nanci Family Adult Care Home, for any reason, you may give us written notice that you wish to terminate the Residence Care Agreement, move out and receive your refund.
- Residents will be responsible for moving out of the residence by the date that is 60 days after their move in date.
- Residents will be responsible for any costs associated with moving out.
- If you do not vacate the residence by this date, you will be responsible for paying all Monthly service fees for all time periods after this date, and these amounts will not be refunded except in accordance with the Residence and Care Agreement.
- Within thirty (30) days of the date you vacate the residence, we will issue a refund to you or your designated beneficiary, if you have a Beneficiary Designation form on file with us.
